Upsellora privacy policy

Upsellora adds a cart drawer with product recommendations to Shopify stores. This page explains what data it keeps.

What we store

• The store's domain, currency, plan and Upsellora settings.
• The offers the merchant creates: product ids, handles and titles.
• Daily counts of how often each offer was shown and added to cart.
• For each paid order: the order id, date, total and the amount from upsells.

What we don't store

No customer names, emails, addresses, IP addresses or cookies. The storefront script sends only anonymous counts.

Our website

This marketing site (not the app or your store) measures visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses and keeps only aggregate page views and button clicks.

Deletion

When a store uninstalls Upsellora, Shopify asks us 48 hours later to delete its data, and we delete all of it.
